COVID 19 Food Assistance – Hotline Created

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation, Catholic Charities, Perry County Council on Aging, United Way of Perry County, and the food pantries are collaborating to provide food assistance to our vulnerable neighbors. We are launching a twofold approach to this effort.  First, in conjunction with Tri State Food Bank, Senior Supplement boxes will be brought to Perry County.  These boxes can be delivered to qualifying seniors, giving them a larger amount of food than is normally available through the food pantries and allowing them to receive the food at their home instead of having to go shopping.

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation, Perry County Council on Aging, United Way of Perry County, and the local food pantries are also collaborating to have food delivered to your home.  In an effort to promote social distancing and to reduce the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), food boxes will be delivered to individuals/families that can’t make it to the food pantry. Individuals/families that need food assistance can contact the HOTLINE number at 1-800-467-1435 ext. 246.  To receive a food box delivery on Monday, please call by Friday at 12:00pm.  To receive a food box delivery on Thursday, please call by Wednesday at 12:00pm.
