Lincoln Hills Development Corporation Has Funds Available for the 2019-2020 Energy Assistance Program

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation has funds available for the 2019-2020 Energy Assistance Program benefit.  Applicants who have already applied and received a winter heating benefit after October 1, 2019 need not re-apply for the Energy Assistance Program benefit.  Households are eligible that have income at or below 60% of the area median income and have active utility services.  Applicants that heat with bulk fuels such as LP gas or wood are also eligible.  Applicants that reside in leased housing and have utilities included in their monthly rent payment will qualify if income eligible.
