LHDC Celebrates Denoncour’s Retirement


On February 26, 2020, the Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) staff celebrated, recognized, and congratulated Sue Denoncour upon her retirement from LHDC.  Sue retired from LHDC on March 6, 2020, after managing the agency’s Housing Counseling Program for more than 18 years.

“Sue has been an integral part of the Lincoln Hills Development Corporation’s work to improve the quality of life in our communities.  Her efforts have had a lasting impact on families and individuals of all ages. She has been a tireless advocate for homebuyers and homeowners, helping many of them realize the dream of owning a home,” said Randy Dennison, LHDC Executive Director/CEO. “We congratulate Sue on her well-deserved retirement and thank her for many years of service and the compassion, commitment, and skills she demonstrated during those years.”

Julie Hardesty, a tenured LHDC employee and  HUD-certified Housing Counselor, now serves as LHDC’s Housing Counselor.
