Special Day at Oakwood Health Campus
Lincoln Hills Development Corporation South Perry Head Start Classroom 1 children enjoyed visiting the residents at Oakwood Health Campus. The children and residents spent time interacting and engaged in making an art craft together. Other special volunteers of Head Start that attended the field trip helped as well.
The activity provided the Head Start children with the opportunity to further develop their social and emotional skills. Both the residents of Oakwood Health Campus and the Head Start children enjoyed the special attention and spending time together. They ended their activity by sharing a treat of cookies and juice.
