Lincoln Hills Development Corporation Has Funds Available for the 2020-2021 Energy Assistance Program

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation still has funds available for the 2020-2021 Energy Assistance Program (EAP). The funds available are for households that have not yet applied during the current program year. 
Applicants who have already applied and received a winter heating benefit after September 1, 2020 may apply again when the new program year begins in the Fall of 2021. Households are eligible that have income at or below 60% of the area median income and have active utility services. Applicants that heat with bulk fuels such as LP gas or wood are also eligible. Applicants that reside in leased housing and have utilities included in their monthly rent payment will qualify if income eligible.

For additional information please call 1-812-547-3435 (ext. 275) or toll free at 1-800-467-1435 (ext. 275). The last day for applications is May 14, 2021 or when funds have been exhausted. Benefits will be distributed on a first come first served basis until resources have been depleted.
