Please ensure that your payment matches the amount entered on the previous page (either $10 or $15).

There are two options for retrieval of your calendar: you may pick up from the teller window at Larry K. Kleeman Center in Tell City, IN or the Joan Ritchie Center in English, IN OR choose the delivery option to your desired address. Please note that the delivery option is an additional $5 and requires a two-week delivery time. If you plan to pick up at a teller window, please call 1-800-467-1435, ext. 268 to arrange a pick-up time.
