Located in downtown Tell City, this affordable senior living facility is near a post office, bank, drug stores, medical clinic, and scenic Ohio River park. There are 24 units available for persons 62 years and older or handicapped. Newly rehabilitated and modernized in 2007, the building offers elevator access to one- and two-bedroom apartments on three levels. There is a laundry room, indoor mailboxes and a service coordinator to coordinate resident services.
Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Satellite TV is also available. This apartment complex offers a Section 8 rental subsidy.
