The Village Apartments of Marengo provides 24 budget-friendly apartments, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across two levels, conveniently situated in town. The complex includes laundry facilities and an outdoor playground. Rent covers water, sewer, and trash services, making it an ideal choice for families seeking quality and affordable housing.

Housing Choice Vouchers for subsidized rental assistance are accepted.

Persons interested in applying to rent apartments owned and/or managed by Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) should click this link LHDC Application For Occupancy and fill out the application form. Then it should be printed off, signed on the signature lines, and returned to the following address:

Please be sure to indicate at the top of the application the specific apartment property or properties for which you are submitting an application.  A member of LHDC’s Housing Department will follow up with applicants on all applications received.  Submission of an Application for Occupancy does not guarantee that apartments in specific units are immediately available.
