​Housing Program

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) owns, or provides management services for, housing developments in several area communities. Rental assistance subsidies are available on many apartments. Affordable, quality apartments are available for those looking for low income housing. Some apartments listed below have immediate availability for those who qualify.

Persons interested in applying to rent apartments owned and/or managed by Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) may print, complete and sign the LHDC Application For Occupancy and return it to the following address:

Please be sure to indicate at the top of the application the specific apartment property or properties for which you are making application.  A member of LHDC’s Housing Department will follow up with applicants on all applications received.  Submission of an Application for Occupancy does not guarantee that apartments in specific units are immediately available.
