These senior apartment complexes offer community rooms and laundry facilities, with rent covering water, sewer, and trash services.
There are 20 units in each location with some units offering Rental Assistance and Section 8 rental subsidy. Housing Choice Vouchers for rental assistance are also accepted for unsubsidized units. |

Persons interested in applying to rent apartments owned and/or managed by Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) may print, complete and sign the LHDC Application For Occupancy and return it to the following address:

A member of LHDC’s Housing Department will follow up with applicants on all applications received.
