The Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) is available in Crawford and Perry Counties!6/30/2021 The Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) is available in Crawford and Perry Counties, under the sponsorship of Lincoln Hills Development Corporation through the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). Participants must be at least 60 years of age or be a disabled person age 55-59 who resides in a housing complex for the elderly/disabled served by a congregate meal service.
