Through the #HomeboundHoosier program, individuals who aren't able to leave their homes can request an EMS professional visit their homes to administer the COVID-19 vaccine. To register, contact your local Indiana Area Agency on Aging at 800-986-3505 or visit their website to get on the list.  Comments are closed.
